Our Waco office

Where most of this firm's files begin

The Waco office on W. Waco Drive is a free-standing building with its own parking lot and a covered entrance — which matters more than it sounds like it should, because a good share of our clients arrive with a walker, a wheelchair or an elderly parent in the passenger seat. Signings happen in the conference room down the hall from reception.

This is the office that handles McLennan County matters: probate after a death, guardianship when capacity is gone, and the estate planning that keeps families out of both. P. James Rainey, Elisa Dillard Rainey, Addison Eubank Scott and Daniel Hare all practice from here.

Appointments are set by phone. Call (254) 457-5083, tell reception what has happened, and you will be scheduled with the attorney who handles that work rather than with whoever is free.
